Alhamdulillah..

Went to KKB Hospital this morning for HBP checkup.. Doctor said i dont have to continue my HBP medication anymore. That's because my HBP reading for a week shown it become normal below 140/90. Alhamdulillah.. Doctor advise me to take care of my meal and try to reduce my weight to 55 kg. My current weight is 95 kg. Insyaallah i will try to reduce it..
