PDRM Traffic Summons Compound

Starting 1 December 2010 , any summons appeal will follow mechanisme below:

For summons received after 1 december 2010:

1. summons settled within 15 days will get automatically 50% intensive


2. summons settled within 15 days to 30 days will get automatically 30% intensive


3. summons which not settled after 30 days will get maximum compound and will be black list

For summons received before 1 december 2010 , 50% intensive will be given.
